The Big Guitar-in at St Georges Hall

The Florrie is organizing this fundraiser to benefit THE FLORENCE INSTITUTE TRUST LIMITED.

After the success of The Big Guitar-in at The Florrie where 200 guitarists played together we've upped the stakes for a huge event at Liverpool's most prestigious building.

On Wednesday 14th June we are gathering 600 guitarists of all ages & abilities to play together in Liverpool’s iconic St George’s Hall raising money for local charity The Florrie.

The Florrie is a charity at the heart of Liverpool 8. Our stunning, Grade II listed, Victorian community heritage venue is a social & educational hub for the people of south Liverpool.

Open Monday to Friday, we offer a wide variety of participatory activities for people of all ages, multi-purpose event spaces available for hire and fully inclusive workspaces for small local businesses & charities. We are also home to The Florrie Food Union a new initiative aimed at combating food poverty in Liverpool.
