After a heart-stopping semi-final victory fueled by grit and pride, the girls of St. Joseph’s Spanish Point are heading to the PPS All-Ireland Senior A Ladies Football Final on March 26th against Our Lady and St. Patrick’s College, Belfast. Here in West Clare, football isn't just a sport; it’s a way of life. While our school has four All-Ireland titles to its name (the last in 1997), this new generation is ready to write their own chapter in history. So whether you have walked the corridors of Spanish Point, experienced our ethos or worn the school jersey we are asking you for help. This isn't just a massive milestone for our school, but a proud moment for all of Clare. With that we are asking the wider community for your support.
Competing at Senior A level carries significant costs that school department funding doesn't cover. Your donations will go directly toward essential expenses like buses, post-match nutrition, and physio to ensure the team is prepared for the biggest game of their lives. These girls have set an incredible standard for those following in their footsteps; let’s show them the same dedication they show on the pitch.
