The Best Fest Parade Returns to Oak Bluffs!

The Oak Bluffs Association is working to bring back the legendary

Best Fest Parade Saturday October 28, 7-8pm and we need your help!

Rob Myers brought the Best Fest to our island community for 9 years, providing a fun-filled event for families and friends. Some time has passed since the last Best Fest and it's time to bring that joy and unbridled enthusiasm back to our town, along with the debut of Ben Hughes and The Upis Land Bandl

We're launching this GoFundMe campaign to raise $3,000. The Select Board has given approval to Kathleen Cowley and the OBA for this event but now we must fundraise to make it happen. We need to cover the cost of transportation, meals and compensation for off island musician Ken Field ( of the Good Trouble Brass Band) and friends.

We hope that Islanders' generous donations will help us cover these conservative costs:

paying Marching Bands $2,000 Police detail $ 330, transportation and meals $670.

Summer Camp has generously donated rooms for off island musicians.
