Hi , Jonny here .. on the 17th of January I will be running a half marathon , with a 20kg load on my back over the hills of the Brecon Beacons on the special forces training ground of Jacob’s ladder and then on the Saturday the 28th of feb il be running a full marathon with 20kg load along the river Mersey in Chorlton in the phoenix dragonfly run all in aid of Be-one mindset and personal development group .

The 20kg is a symbol of all the weight each one of us carry around at some point in our lives ! this group is ran by a freind of mine and his team , what I love about the work they do is they actually teach from real life experience, mixed with high qualification how to manage the rock bottoms of life, they do sessions on how to handle and deal with your emotions and negative thoughts , they teach with real passion and give real life tool kits for the tough times people are going threw inside there own minds.

They’ve recently started up a new wellness session over in glossop also , which really links into why I’m doing it for this charity , this year in glossop we have seen so many suicides especially in men who have got to a place of no return threw negative thoughts and lack of help and guidance.

This group provide safe spaces , personal development sessions , real life tool kits for real tough times that people are facing , education about handling negative and suicidal thoughts and really help people take back control of there minds , thoughts and life .

This team is made up of some high level qualifications and real life experience covering every aspect !

i will also be doing some work over the next 12+ months with this group in our local area and they have promised anything raised will be going to my specific chosen area of impact and I will be making sure it goes towards Men from the ages of 18-40 who really need the help and guidance away from suicide .

Every little penny will be a large impact !
