This August, I’ll be walking 700 km from Copenhagen to Stockholm on foot.

The journey I’ve planned will span around 30 days, taking me through cities, forests, and wild landscapes

What began as a personal challenge has become something bigger: a chance to raise awareness and funds for the wildlife and biodiversity that make Scandinavia so unique. I'm fundraising for The Perfect World Foundation, a Swedish non-profit working to protect endangered species and restore ecosystems.

From saving polar bears and planting trees to supporting biodiversity projects, their work is vital. Scandinavia is one of Europe’s last great wild areas — home to species like brown bears, lynx, and wolves. These ecosystems face real threats from habitat loss and climate change.

This journey is also for my Danish grandfather, who during World War II fled Denmark when the Germans invaded and grew up in Sweden - A tribute to his strength and the path that shaped my family.
