Bringing the Baton of Hope to Hastings – Fundraiser 2025

On Tuesday 23rd September 2025, Hastings will proudly host the Baton of Hope Tour – the UK’s biggest suicide prevention initiative.

The Baton of Hope is more than just a symbol – it carries the stories of those we’ve lost, the strength of those who survive, and the hope that by standing together, we can save lives. Suicide affects families and communities everywhere, and it’s time we talk about it openly, reduce stigma, and create real change.

Why we need your help

Our Hastings event is funded entirely by the local community. Every pound raised will go directly towards:

• Delivering the Hastings leg of the Baton of Hope Tour

• Supporting local volunteers and baton bearers on the day

• Hosting awareness activities and providing vital resources

• Ensuring the event is inclusive, safe, and accessible for everyone
