About The Barre Fitness Studio & Lounge

The Barre fitness studio and lounge is a boutique fitness studio created to promote and encourage a healthy lifestyle...both physical and mental.  We are an original concept, one of a kind small business passionate about our community and improving the lives of our clients through fitness and friendship.  We have two studio rooms dedicated to low impact exercise and a peaceful lounge space where we serve coffee beverages, carry a selection of local wines and host events. 

With the Covid-19 pandemic our studio/small business was deemed non essential and was one of the first types of businesses to be closed by the Governor. We have suspended all client accounts, as it did not feel right to charge people for a service they were not able to use.  Unfortunately even though income has stopped coming in, our costs of keeping our business afloat have not. Commercial rent, triple net, utilities & insurance all still have to be paid.  We have been diligent about researching and applying for every small business disaster loan we are able too, but so far we have not been able to get anywhere.  As of Thursday 04/16 the SBA programs were out of funds so we will be re-applying if/when Congress approves more funding.  For these reasons we are humbly asking for your support during these challenging times, so that when the time comes for us to be able to re-open our doors... we are able too.  We have set our goal amount as one month worth of operating costs minus payroll.   Any additional funds we are able to raise will be divided up amongst our amazing staff members.  If we are able to meet a percentage of our goal we will be eligible to apply for a grant from GoFundMe. #smallbusinessrelief  As a gesture of our gratitude, for every $50 donated you will receive an entry into a drawing for some awesome giveaways* from our studio, including a free month of membership, coffee gift cards, free event space rental and our BIG prize being a night out at the studio for one lucky client and their guests... a private class followed up by happy hour in our lounge with snacks and beverages included.  From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for supporting our small business during these unprecedented times.  Our studios have only been open for 1.5 years...but during that time we have felt so much love, encouragement and friendship from our community!  We are blessed to call Mill Creek our home, and we are looking forward to the day we can connect with you all again, in person, in our space.
