Hard to believe but Barney will be gone 5 years this September we have decided to mark the occasion with a charity football match in his beloved Newbridge Town FC

The teams will be made up of friends, family and players of teams he coached through the years.

The charity we have chosen is the Patient Comfort Fund, at the Le Cheile ward in St. Vincent’s hosptial Athy where Barney received wonderful care and support during his stay before his passing. Thanks to the dedicated staff who always go above and beyond for patients and their families.

We would be delighted to see many of our friends and family join us for a drink and some music afterwards in the clubhouse to celebrate Barneys life and remember all of the fun and laughter that he brought to us all.
