Support for Gryphon Cafe Baristas

Hello everyone! My name is Francesca and I am the manager at the Gryphon Cafe in Wayne. We will be closing for the entire month of June to compeltely renovate the first floor of the cafe. During this time, our staff will only be receiving their hourly rate, and will not benefit from the generous tips that supplement their hourly income. As important as our staff is to me and Rich, they are also important to the community. Every day they come to work with a smile on their faces and the shared goal of serving not only quality coffee, but creating the best experience for our customers. My goal for creating this page is to kindly ask for our community, who has supported us for so many years, to continue to support us during this time. As someone who works with these incredible individuals everyday, I can truly say that these are the most tight-knit, caring, compassionate, and driven people I know. We are a family, and I am hopeful that through your generosity, we can continue to work with the same group of baristas who you have come to know and love.
