The Badda Trust Communities Jamaica Hurricane Relief Fund

We are The Badda Trust Communities,

a grassroots community organisation dedicated to helping young people in and around the community. We currently facilitate Saturday schools for 8 - 16 year olds in South London, England .

On October 28th, 2025, Hurricane Melissa tore through Jamaica, leaving devastation across the island. Homes have been destroyed, families displaced, schools damaged, and communities left struggling to rebuild.

The parish of St Elizabeth was hit particularly hard but the suffering has touched every corner of the island.

The Badda Trust Communities, a registered charity, have partnered with The Charles Gordon Trust, a prominent Charity in the community, and are committed to helping Jamaica recover and rebuild.

Together, we are launching a relief and recovery mission to deliver emergency supplies, rebuild homes, and support schools and families most affected by the hurricane.

Our Mission

We’re working alongside family and local volunteers in Spanish Town / Kingston and St Elizabeth and surrounding areas with people already on the ground who know their communities and understand where help is needed most. Many of them will share updates, allowing supporters to see the aid deliveries, rebuilds, and real progress your donations make possible in real time.

How You Can Help:

We have a storage unit where items can be sent to, The Badda Trust Team will be sorting and packing barrels with your items to be shipped to Jamaica. This will be an ongoing project but as you can imagine time is of the essence, so please don’t hesitate to send your donations to
