On July 9th Benjiman William Avila was rushed to the hospital. It was there they found he had a brain bleed. He was transferred to CHOC where he underwent a craniotomy to drain the bleed but also to relieve the pressure.  A CT Scan was given to him that same evening and it showed he only had activity of the brain stem. He was given less 1% chance of a recovery.

Four days later, the Avila family had to make the choice that no family should ever have to make after an MRI showed no improvement on Benjiman's condition.

They gained another angel baby after just 5 short weeks of life.

Although this is such a hard situation for them to be going through, we know that God is still working. Even though we may not understand why something like this happened, we do know that God is good and that He has great plans for this family.

Benjiman is a miracle, and even though his time here was short-lived, he has impacted many lives and many miracles will come of this.
