Our Story

Founded in 2003 as Abiding Grace and Peace Ministries, the organization has always been devoted to teaching truth and demonstrating grace. In 2023, under the leadership of Jake Carlson, the ministry was reimagined as The Apologist Project—a bold initiative to bring Christian apologetics into the AI era.

Jake, who grew up as a missionary kid in China, developed a passion for worldview studies and apologetics. Seeing the digital world increasingly shaped by secular voices, he felt called to build a platform where the Christian perspective could shine with clarity and conviction.

Our Work

Through partnerships with FaithTech, we launched Apologist.ai, a conversational AI trained on a curated library of Christian theological texts. Building on that foundation, Apologist Ignite empowers ministries and apologists to contribute their own works to a shared, ever-growing knowledge base, while Apologist Social connects ministries and believers through a global apologetics directory.
