The amazing & talented Julie Maxwell Lewis

Hi guys,

In August 2019 many of us suddenly lost an amazing friend & family member. Julie had many talents and amongst these was her dream to perform on the stage which she did many of times on many of stages in Northern Ireland and further afield.

we are team #sausageroll who are running this years Belfast marathon as a relay team to raise money towards the Julie Maxwell Lewis Bursary.

We just hope we can bring in enough money to help send a young actor or actress to drama school or to help a young director to stage a play or a writer needing finances. Any creatives really.

“And we would like to think that we can operate the bursary on an annual basis by holding more fund-raising events in the future.

“Julie would have been thrilled to find out about what we are doing to honour her. She was a great believer in supporting young hopefuls who want to get a foothold in the business."

This bursary has been set up to support emerging actors, writers and directors. Helping them to make their dreams a reality, all any creative needs is support and this bursary aims to do just that as Jules would say “you are enough”.

The dream team consists of Julie’s nearest and dearest, those who will be running and others who will be cheering us along the way. Any donation/training tips/support would be greatly appreciated from the team !
