Hi, my name is Stania, and I am fundraising for the Almazan family.

An average loving family living an everyday life, well, on 11/27/2021, this family’s life changed when their 28-year-old son was in a head-on motorcycle accident. He was a normal happy young man with a whole future ahead of him, he was a happy working young man at the time of the accident.

The accident caused a significant stroke on impact and he was in a coma for three weeks after being hospitalized. Due to the severity of the traumatic brain injury, the doctors only gave him a 10% chance of survival. His family never gave up hope and was there with him every day, and with them our church family prayed and believed that our GOD can do anything and believed he would bring him back.

On December 11th, he opened his eyes and started to gain conciseness. It has been a long hard road for him and the family. They had to go through the hospital closing down to visitors due to COVID, which slowed down his progress. They were going to release him to go home; the family had to prepare their home and add new construction and make it acceptable for Patrick as he would need 24-hour care as he could not do any normal daily functions without assistance.

The Family is happy and blessed to have him home. There have been many unexpected

expenses that have arisen and that continue unfortunately they have applied for the assistance through Medicaid and any government assistance that can help, they have been told that this can take up to several months to get through, BUT THEIR NEED IS NOW.

They need help with the cost of his monthly medical prescriptions now while they still have to work and keep up with the regular household bills.

Please keep this family in prayer as he continues to progress forward in his long journey
