The Ali Brownlee 5K (again!)

Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm once again running (I use the word very loosely!) the Ali Brownlee 5K in Middlesbrough to raise funds for Candlelighters on June 1st, and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me. They're a brilliant Yorkshire-based charity who have helped several children who attend the school I work at, as well as the child of a dear former colleague.

We get involved in all sorts of projects to help ordinary families who are facing extraordinary circumstances. We fund & offer holidays, therapies, grants and roles for many people who make children's cancer treatment in Yorkshire amongst the best in the country. We are also proud to invest in a vital research programme into the causes of children's cancer and potential new treatments.
