Adrian Simoes has been part of City of Fremont for the last 4 years. Adrian and Angela Simoes happily gave birth to their son Alexandre Antonio in May 3, 2018. Alexandre brought a lot of joy to family and friends but sadly passed away unexpectedly at nine months old. This fundraiser is meant to help the family with Alexandre’s funeral arrangements.
