The Aid Team in Palestine

"The purpose of the trip to Palestine is to distribute zakaat (charity) amongst the most poverty stricken people in this occupied land. The majority of the inhabitants of Palestine live below the poverty line and are subjected to a daily routine of humiliation and oppression.
Last year we raised £72,000 and were able financially assist over 50 families living in refugee camps as well as fully equip two ambulances with ECG machines, defibrillators and cardiac monitors.

We also bought and delivered ECG machines, cardiac monitors, defibrillators, medicines and disposables to two emergency clinics which serve the villages outside Jerusalem.

With all the Sadaqa donated we were also able to purchase a mobile incubator which is used to transfer critically ill infants from Gaza to hospitals in Jerusalem.

We also bought new wheelchairs for all the residents of the "Four Homes of Mercy"  and also paid for air conditioning units to be fitted to make their lives more comfortable.
