Teddy The Cow And His Forever Home

You know those tickets that some groups sell that are for half a cow???  Well my question has always been how much for the whole cow ALiVE? For years I’ve dreamed of saving a cow...I am an extreme animal lover. I love all animals...fur, feathers and fins. In early October I realized my dream could come true when I met a sweet one year old cow named Teddy. Teddy is a loveable boy who has been loved and well cared for over the past year. His owners shared stories of him following them around like a puppy and laying for snuggles with them on the barn floor. I fell in love with that boy with his soft ears and sweet eyes in just a few minutes and I instantly knew that the world is a better world with him in it. He is a 4H cow and as in most cases, Teddy was raised to be auctioned for his beef and his kill date is scheduled for February and there are already beef buyers in line. After meeting Teddy I just knew that he’s the one! He’s the cow I want to save. I can’t save them all but if I can save him than I made a difference...together WE can make a difference. Teddy was born on a farm where he was a twin.  His mother rejected and abandoned him so a family farm took him in with the understanding that he would be a 4H cow.  He was bottle fed, taken on long walks and loved. His owner knew the day would come when he would be auctioned off for his beef and as that day came closer, the owners heart broke a little more with each passing day.  He was to go to the county fair and be auctioned off, but with the cancellation of the fair, Teddy’s owners knew that he needed to serve his purpose and found beef customers.  As sad as this made his owners, they accepted it as a part of being beef farmers.  And then I met Teddy and I am going to change his destiny. So friends, can you help me??? Originally his owners gave he a price of $3750 but since have offered for me to buy Teddy for just $3000. I have a forever home lined up and now I want to, no, I need to, save this sweet boy. I thank from the bottom of my heart for ANY help anyone is able to give.
