The Acevedo Fighters

Donation protected

On Thursday, May 4th Hector Acevedo was diagnosed with a 3cm sized aneurysm on the right side of his brain. He has been at WellStar Kennestone being closely monitored and awaiting surgery. Hector will have brain surgery on Friday, May 12 to completely remove the aneurysm and repair the blood vessel. He will stay in ICU after the surgery for 4-5 days. Once released to go home, he will have 4-6 weeks of recovery in which he will not be able to work. Hector owns his own handyman business while his wife, Emily, is a second grade teacher in Sugar Hill. They have two boys. Jacob is 14, and Matthew is 9. With the already mounting medical bills and loss of income, it will be difficult for Hector and his family to make ends meet. Please consider donating to help this family during this difficult time.
