At Midlands Dog Rescue, we deal with the heartbreaking consequences of abuse, neglect and abandonment every single day.

Dogs arrive with injuries.

Dogs arrive terrified.

Dogs arrive emotionally broken.

Dogs arrive needing urgent veterinary treatment.

And sometimes, like little Bow, they arrive pregnant, despite being little more than puppies themselves.

Behind every dog we take in is a story that we wish we didn’t have to hear.

But we refuse to let their past determine their future. ❤️

We take them to the vets. We get them the treatment they desperately need. We feed them, care for them, comfort them and give them the time and patience they need to begin to heal.

But none of this comes for free.

Veterinary bills are rising.

The number of dogs needing our help continues to grow.

And every pound we spend on treatment is a pound that allows us to save another life.

We are a small rescue doing everything we can, but we simply cannot do this without you.
