Helping Hands for the Abplanalp Family

Paula Abplanalp is the wife of Brad Abplanalp and mother of two boys, Dominic (14) and Ethan (11). On February 23, 2024, Paula experienced a sudden stroke and was emergently transferred from Appleton Medical Center to Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee to undergo surgery. Since the initial surgery, Paula has required additional surgeries with more surgeries anticipated in the future. She is currently in the Neuro ICU at Froedtert Hospital and will have a long road to recovery ahead of her.

Paula has worked as a house manager and caregiver at a local senior living facility for the past several years. Her husband, Brad, works as an EMT for Bell Ambulance in Milwaukee and also serves as a volunteer first responder in Kimberly. For the foreseeable future, Paula will be out of work and Brad will be tasked with continuing to care for and support his wife and two boys.

Both Paula and Brad have dedicated their lives to caring for others, so please help us in supporting the Abplanalp Family during this difficult time. Any donation will be appreciated to help the family with various medical expenses and with any other needs that arise.
