CORRECTIONAL OFFICER SERGEANT NEEDS YOUR HELP!!!
My cousins world changed tragically on the morning of Friday March 23, 2018. My 31 year old cousin, Keyia was brutally attacked in her sleep by her husband. Per the Charles County Sheriff’s Office incident report her spouse bound her ankles in shackles, handcuffed her, and then stabbed her over the course of several hours. Charging documents also state a plastic bag was placed over her head in an attempt to suffocate her and a belt was tied around her neck in an attempt to strangle her. This ordeal or torture lasted approximately 3 hours. She was airlifted to the Prince George's County Shock Trauma Unit in the hospital via medical helicopter transport. The paramedics and doctors have no idea how she survived with so much blood lost from being stabbed over 25+ times plus having a puncture to her left lung. She will have a long road to recovery ahead that will involve extensive physical therapy, intensive psychological therapy and massive medical bills. In addition to this she will need legal representation to proceed with a speedy divorce and assistance in helping to establish a new normal life due to the loss of monetary contribution from her spouse due to this ordeal. She has her two young children whom will reside with her and the financial assistance will help them maintain for the next couple months so their mother can recover from this tragedy. My family needs a lot of prayer and financial support during this difficult time.
