Hi I’m Ash, I’m taking on a challenge to bat for 970 balls to raise money for YouWeCan and Bridlington Cricket Club.

Why? Because both organisations make a real difference in people’s lives. YouWeCan supports people facing cancer, helping them get the treatment, guidance, and encouragement they need. Bridlington Cricket Club gives kids and adults in our community a place to belong, stay active, and build confidence something that can change a life in small but important ways.

970 balls isn’t easy. It will take patience, concentration, and persistence. But every time I face a ball, I’ll be thinking about the people and families your donations will support and how your contribution helps give them opportunities they might otherwise not have.

This isn’t about me. It’s about using something I love cricket to give back, help people, and make a difference. Any donation, big or small, will go straight to these causes and help them continue their work in the community.
