On September 18, 2026, OpenAI refunded E5 Enclave Incorporated $976.19 — the full unused portion of our ChatGPT Business subscription — and closed our case. We asked them to honor their written word. They did. The matter is resolved, and we thank the OpenAI support team for making it right.

So this page has a new mission.

On September 9, 2026, at the first RNC midterm convention in Dallas, Texas, the President of the United States said this about reparations:

"They want to steal your money for reparations. They want to basically punish you for crimes that you never committed that happened hundreds of years ago, and our country doesn't have that kind of money... And give it to the people that hate our country. The people that hate our country are asking for it, but it's going nowhere."

He said the word. We intend to keep it spoken — with the evidence beside it.

Project 2033 is E5 Enclave's answer: a national, evidence-driven reparations program working toward economic parity by 2033 — the 170th anniversary of emancipation. The numbers are not ours; they come from peer-reviewed research, which prices the American slavery debt between $10.7 trillion and $7 quadrillion. Project 2033 binds federal data, legal analysis, congressional advocacy, and original scholarship into one legible, auditable case.

Where your gift goes: every dollar supports E5 Enclave Incorporated's charitable programs — the Project 2033 research and advocacy operation and our community technology work in Liberty City, Miami. E5 Enclave Incorporated is a Florida 501(c)(3) public charity; gifts are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

The exact numbers, for the record: OpenAI refunded $834.69 from the disputed $865.52 invoice, retaining $30.83 for the used portion of the subscription period, and refunded $141.50 from the prior annual invoice — $976.19 issued in total. Refunds were issued to our card and may take up to 10 business days to post with the bank. E5 considers the matter satisfactorily resolved.

Issue advocacy conducted within the limits permitted to a 501(c)(3) public charity. E5 Enclave does not support or oppose candidates for public office.
