The 4 children that play with Ole Man need your help!

My name is David Horne and I have a very sad story to tell you. About 3 weeks ago, Ole Man, the dog in the picture, fell ill and wouldn't eat. $1,650 later, we found out he had either eaten something poisonous or he got bitten by a poisonous insect.

Fast forward to yesterday, I come home from work and he's laying in the road. Another vet trip and he's been struck by a car and his pelvis is broken in 5 places and needs surgery and extensive aftercare. I'm praying so hard for this help... he is so loved! His name was given because 8 months ago when he was born, he has always been so chill! Please help me help Ole Man. Thank you all in advance!
