The 300 mile cycle for Raph

Me and a small group of friends are taking on the challenge of a 300 mile cycle from Carlisle to the Ilse of Mull, in Scotland, to raise awareness of brain related injuries. Unfortunately our very close friend Raph has recently suffered a brain haemorrhage at the young age of 19 and is still currently in the long recovery process.
We're taking up this challenge on the 1st of June and hope to complete it in 5/6 days camping each night with no support vehicle and everything with us strapped on our bikes. As inexperienced cyclists no doubt this will be a hard challenge for us, but its absolutely nothing compared to what Raph has gone through.
With the help of his family, and the nurses currently taking care of him, they've reccomended 'Different Strokes', as a worthwhile charity. A UK stroke charity providing a unique service to young stroke survivors to help with rehablitilation.
We aim to raise as much as we can for this worthwhile charity to help raph and others like him (we cant wait for him to be with us all again) any donation little or big is really appreciated. Thanks so much for taking the time to read this, please keep raph and others like him in his situation in your thoughts and take care of yourselves. Cheers
