Scott Manning, 65, of Elkton, Maryland went to be with the Lord on February 13, 2025 while surrounded in love by his family. Scott was born on July 2, 1959 in Ware, Massachusetts. Scott has lived happily with his beloved wife, Jacqueline K. Manning for 42 years. Scott is survived by his sister, Beverly Manning, his four children - Kelly Drummond, Jamie Durham, Mandi Cook, and Beth Fenescey and her husband, Jason Fenescey as well as six grandchildren - Joe Boyer, Jacob Boyer, Mason Drummond, Chey Cook, Collin Fenescey, and Payton Fenescey.

Scott was a man of ethics, integrity, and honesty. Scott showed the love for his wife by being a supportive and devoted husband. You could often find Scott listening to some of his favorite rock and roll bands while driving in his Camaro. Scott had a love for bass fishing, midnight tokes, working under the hood of his cars, bubble baths, and his dogs, Pixie Doodle and Twinkie. Scott was often described as a jack-of-all-trades - a roofer, a carpenter, a project manager, and an independent contractor.
