Hi everyone!

After almost a decade of waiting Thatch is finally scheduled for top surgery this March! It’s a huge and exciting step for him that we are anxiously counting down toward.

While we are doing what we can to prepare for this as much as possible, we’re also reaching out to our community to make his recovery time a little less stressful.

Thatcher works in a kitchen with very limited paid leave and will need to take a minimum of 6-8 weeks off to fully heal. The surgery will also require that he stays overnight in the hospital and he'll need to go to weekly appointments for follow-up care for several weeks after too. This GoFundMe is here to help cover some living and medical expenses during that time so he can focus on recovering.
