Wheels for Tyler

Hello,

My name is Linda Tindale and I have a very special neighbor. His name is Tyler Brooks. When Tyler was 10 years old (2013) he was riding his bike on the sidewalk and was the victim of a hit and run incident that has affected his mobility and mental capabilities.

After many years of determination Tyler, now 21 years old, is able to walk, talk, shoot some baskets but most of all can ride his adaptive 3 wheel trike. This is a very important part of his therapy both mentally and physically. Unfortunately the trike he has is pretty much being held together with duct tape. He really needs a new one that is made for an adult, conforms to his needs and can withstand the daily adventures of Tyler.

That is what I am hoping to do. Get Tyler some new wheels.

If you walk in our neighborhood you will see Tyler riding and enjoying this very special part of his life. You can't help but smile.
