Hey y’all! I wanted to create this fundraiser so we could all come together and get plans organized for helping this Family out!

Here’s a little back ground info!

I met Latasha one Wednesday night when I was volunteering at the food hand outs that I attend each week. She was there with her 2 little girls ages 3 and 4. I continued to see them come weekly to get food and I’d try to give special little items to the girls. Latasha then told me she is pregnant with a baby boy, which now as time has passed, he is due December 17th! Her and her 2 girls live alone and soon little man will be joining!

Recently I told her I wanted to do something for her girls for Christmas! I had told Marie about Latasha and she also wanted to help, so she had planned on doing an awesome thanksgiving meal for her and the girls!

Marie and I went to Latasha’s home last week and at that point we decided it’s best that we skip the thanksgiving help and put all of our effort into helping her and the girls for Christmas.

Her home is in need of a lot of work. Fortunately with help from others, we can make the best of what she has by clearing it out, fixing things, cleaning it and putting new things in it for her and her kids! She has given me permission to rid of anything in the home that I feel needs to go and is thankful for help however I can. With that being said, I’m basically tossing everything and I am able to replace it with some things that are in better condition!

So that speeds us up to where we are now! I have been working my booty off this week getting all kinds of things donated from badcock furniture, queen frame and mattress, clothes for her, the girls and the baby, shoes for all of them, new baby crib, other baby items, kitchen items, 2 princess bikes, stroller, bathroom items, paint for the whole house, tons of toys and home decorations, a dryer etc. the list goes on!! I also have someone willing to help remove all her old items off the property! Marie has been so much help!thank God for her!✝️ driving to pick up items, helping organize and separate at my house, and has a go fund me to help collect money for last items we will need to get started fixing the place up a bit!

At this point we are in need of some volunteers!! We need help removing items in the home, cleaning, home repairs, pressure washing, moving new items into the home and putting furniture together we still could use some help with final donation items such as flooring, bathroom vanity, queen bedding, crib bedding, painting rollers and brushes etc. if you feel you could help in any way, please ask!

I asked Latasha if she would be willing to leave her home for the weekend of December 10th while we come in and work some magic! . There is sooo much to get done in just the 2 days that we have, but I know if we all come together we can get this done for her and her kids! Her and her girls will have the best Christmas ever she will have a little less stress bringing home her new baby boy. Please let Marie and I know if you would be willing to volunteer on December 10th or 11th and we can give more details! She will also be posting her go fund me link so whoever can donate please do!
