Paul Rinaldi and Trish Gilbert have selflessly given NATCA decades of service, highlighted by an unprecedented 12 years as our National President and Executive Vice President. Paul and Trish brought collaboration to the forefront and always put the NATCA membership first. With the effectuation of multiple collective bargaining agreements, their leadership and vision led us out of our darkest hours and into an era where collaboration and inclusion of the workforce are a cornerstone of our success.
 
Tirelessly, Paul and Trish developed strong relationships over the years within the FAA, on Capitol Hill, and expanded our influence as aviation safety professionals worldwide. Their passion and dedication is a shining example to all who follow in their footsteps. Their legacy will remain as a shining example for generations of Union members to come.
 
As Paul and Trish begin the next act of their lives following their professional careers, we want to give everyone influenced by their passion or motivated by their tenacity a chance to say, "Thank You." Every NATCA member has benefited from their leadership, either personally or professionally, and we ask you to join us in giving them a retirement gift they will never forget.
