Hello! I'm a student filmmaker fundraising for a short film called "Thank you, Lyla".

The story follows Lyla, a 22-year-old escort, who arrives at a motel expecting a routine client—only to find Simon, a suicidal man preparing to take his own life. In one night, the two strangers confront the weight of their pasts and, through an honest conversation, find the strength to keep living.

With your help, it will bring us one step closer to making “Thank you, Lyla” and raising more awareness of sensitive topics like suicide prevention and the misconception of sex workers, who are often misunderstood and underrepresented.
