Alzheimers took our mom away. The grief of being witness to the decline of the most vibrant, life-loving woman we know, runs deep.

Eventually, Natalie could not do it alone and needed help. After 4 years of full-time caretaking, Lucy became a resident of The Wesley Community, a chronic care nursing facility where she was loved and cared for beyond any imagination.

These wonderful nurses and aides who took care of my mom for a whole year deserve a million dollars.

Lucy has made such an impact on their lives, that towards the end, they sat in her room when their shift was over. I would like to thank them for their hard work, sacrifice, and love for my mom.
