Thank you for helping in my time of great need

I cannot believe it has come to this... to those that know me well, know that I would NEVER want to do this, but unfortunately it has become my last resort. The last couple of years have not been good for me, I have faced an onslaught of health issues and family tragedies. In addition to my open heart surgery, high blood pressure, diabetes, and amputations. I was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease and have been on dialysis for a year. I just lost my job in September and have been trying to obtain disability, but it has been extremely challenging dealing with the government. All of my bills and rent are months behind. My stress levels are through the roof. I have zero income and do not know when disability will kick in. Depression and anxiety is crippling me. I am completely overwhelmed. My utilities are soon to be turned off, my landlord is starting to threaten eviction. I have no family that can help me. Anything that can be given would be GREATLY appreciated.
