Hey everyone, thank you for taking your time to read this. We (Bonnie, Gary, Jason, Carlie and Kimberlee Korzelius) are organizing this go fund me on behalf of our baby girl Daisy who has suddenly become sick with a lump under the left side of her tongue and has a difficult time eating. We took her immediately to our Veterinarian and were told it was a large tumor and most likely malignant. Our vet recommended us to the BluePearl Pet Hospital in Christiana Newark Delaware. We were able to immediately reach out to the animal hospital which has scheduled her for further pre-surgery evaluation. We are scheduled for Wednesday 10/15.

The costs have yet to be fully determined, but we are looking at thousands in medical bills. The expense will include this tumor being removed, tests, scans and hospital stays. She has only recently turned 4 years old, and despite the mass in her mouth, is still in high spirits and energy. She loves her brother Cooper, her toys and her family. We know she still has so much life ahead of her. To help save her and ensure she has many more years, we are asking all who can contribute to help us see her through this hardship. Update 10/15/25

Hey everyone! Just to give you all an update. We went to the specialist and she informed us that this is most likely not cancer, but ultimately the build up of a saliva gland under her tongue due to a damaged gland behind her ear from before we got her (first 6 months of life). That it can easily be fixed by removing the gland but if untreated has the possibility to develop into an airway obstruction.

We are scheduled for surgery next Monday 10/20/25. The total cost may be around 8000, lower than we originally feared. The objective total has been changed to reflect this. Thank you all for your continued support.
