Thank you for all the prayers!

Since my last update I have a had 3 treatments. The first one was rough, but these last two haven’t been nearly as bad. But I wanted to give an update on my journey and tell everyone thank you for all that has helped to make this a little easier!!!

So I thought this would be the easiest way to let my friends and family know what’s been going on in my life since November 30.

I was recently diagnosed with colon cancer. They took 40% of my colon, took my appendix, and did a biopsy on my liver, and it has come back cancerous also. I go Dec. 23 to get my port in. Then I go Jan. 6 for a PET scan to make sure nothing else is going on. Jan. 7 I go back to the chemo doctor to determine what the next steps will be.

I’ve had a lot of people text and ask what they can do, and the main thing is PRAYERS!! I hate to even do this, but people have asked me to set up a GoFundMe page to help with the cost of medical bills and just the cost of gas and other necessities while going through this process. The main thing is prayers. They have helped so much in the couple of weeks.

Also, keep my family in your prayers, especially my boy Devin and my nurse Pat!
