Please help raise funds for my client, Dion Jones.  I met Dion and he immediately captured my heart with his story. 

Dion has been a proud member of the US Navy for 14 years and an even prouder father to his 2 boys, ages 7 and 8.  This year he was offered a promotion which he graciously accepted.  However, the promotion means he will be deployed in April of 2021 for 1 year, leaving his boys behind.  Dion is a single father so his dad (the boys' grandfather) is moving in with them to care for them while Dion is gone for the year.  

The boys don't know yet that Dion will be leaving.  He is going to wait until after the holidays to tell them because he doesn't want this year's Thanksgiving and Christmas to be ruined knowing that next year will be even tougher on his boys when he is away. 

I am asking for donations for 2 reasons. First, the family needs a refrigerator for the new home they are moving into.  Second, I want to use the remaining funds to help keep his boys joyful throughout next year when he is gone.   The remaining funds will be used for the following, throughout next year while Dion is away: 

 1) Deliver 2 meals per month to the family to give the grandfather a break from cooking
2) Purchase birthday gifts for the boys 
3) Purchase Christmas gifts for the boys and grandfather 
4) Purchase a weekend stay at Legoland or Disneyland (assuming the parks will open at some point)
5) Provide for any other needs that may come up (school clothes/supplies,etc)

No amount is too small.  He is leaving his boys for an entire year to fight for YOU and ME.  This family is so deserving and it's a very small way to show our gratitude to Dion for his service.
