Announcement made at All Saints Marlow on Sunday 5th October

“For some time I have sensed God calling me on to new adventures, although I’ve tried quite hard not to listen!

I joined you in 2021 and I have grown to love you all so much. We have seen God bring new life, through Alpha, Connect Groups, School of Theology, Prayer Ministry, in our schools, and in so many other ways.

With the vacancy period almost over, now is the right time for me to leave you, as you begin a new season.

My last Sunday will be 23 November, which fittingly is the end of the church’s year when we celebrate Christ the King.

As a family, we are excited to see where God is leading us next. I have started studying for an MA in theology at St Mellitus College, and I am going to take some time to care for my dad, following my mum’s recent death.

Please do pray for Nick, Isobel, Fergus and me - as we also pray for you. Being at All Saints Marlow and in the 4U Team has been such a blessing to us.

We will have a church family lunch at All Saints Marlow on 23rd November, which I hope you can all come to.
