Thane Murray Memorial

To know Thane was to love him…is to love him. He was a true impact player who left an imprint on all of the hearts of the people that he crossed paths with. In this lifetime it’s rare to come across a soul with such purity and solidity. He was a passionate student of life who dedicated himself to spreading his wisdom to those in his presence. He brought love and positivity to all of the stigmas that come with being from Regent Park. He was there to remind the youth in the community that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. The truth is, he was the light at the end of many tunnels. When Thane would walk into a room, his presence could not go unnoticed. The gravitation towards him was uncontrollable due to his warm and welcoming essence. He moved with authenticity, integrity and positivity. The loss of Thane Murray, a son, brother, friend, lover and mentor has shaken the entire community. Those who were blessed to walk this path with Thane by their side will always know what it feels like to have someone who genuinely cares. He will be deeply missed and his energy will forever live on through his family, friends and loved ones.

All the funds will be collected on behalf of the family and will be going to the family of Thane Murray for funeral expenses.
