Thalia Nivar in Cancer journey

Hello, my name is Yulemni G and I have created this Gofund to help my 26 year old girlfriend Thalia Nivar who is currently battling against stage 3 cervical cancer. On April 18th, 2022 I took her to the local hospital due to a severe headache. Once we were there they preformed multiple tests on her and concluded that the reason she was having these really bad headaches were because she had anemia.. they admitted her to the hospital And had given her 3 blood transfusion to try to get her blood to a normal level. She was there for a week and a half with constant supervision and a bunch of different tests being preformed. Within this time they decided to preform a catscan. In this catscan they were able to see that there were irregularities in her uterus. They had strongly advised us to follow up with a OBGYN that came highly recommended by them…. so of course we headed to a OBGYN for further testing. The doctor preformed basic OBGYN tests.. if your a women you know what This consists of and know how uncomfortable and painful sometimes these tests might be but anyways after he was done he knew exactly what he saw. On May 28th 2022 He concluded that she has Cervical cancer.. however He could not tell us exactly the name of her cancer and or how far along she was. He referred us to another doctor which is a cancer specialist on June 15th,2022 he was able to explain to us more of what was going on. She was diagnosed with an extremely rare cervical cancer called Glassy cell Carcinoma .. In fact it’s so rare that she was the first to ever walk in to that office with it.. so rare that there are only 15 cases in the state. Her being #16.. by this time you can imagine how much were freaking out because since it’s so rare they don’t know how to treat it … She was again admitted into the hospital where she was given 2 more blood transfusions and spent 13 days there .. she is finally home but she is currently going threw chemotherapy & radiation.. she’s unable to work, she’s not receiving any financial help from anywhere so basically I’m trying to raise this money for her and or medical bills cause lord knows we have medical bills that we could work a whole lifetime and still never pay off…This money would be for honestly anything that she would need. I’m currently trying to get her mom a temporary visa so that she can come from Dominican Republic to be with her daughter in this very difficult time. Anything helps every dollar counts. Hola, mi nombre es Yulemni G y he creado este Gofund para ayudar a mi novia de 26 años, Thalia Nivar, que actualmente lucha contra el cáncer de cuello uterino en etapa 3. El 18 de abril de 2022 la llevé al hospital local debido a un fuerte dolor de cabeza. Una vez que estuvimos allí, le realizaron múltiples pruebas y concluyeron que la razón por la que tenía estos dolores de cabeza tan fuertes era porque tenía anemia ... la ingresaron en el hospital y le dieron 3 transfusiones de sangre para tratar de llevar su sangre a un nivel normal Estuvo allí durante una semana y media con supervisión constante y realizando un montón de pruebas diferentes. Dentro de este tiempo decidieron realizar un catscan. En este catscan pudieron ver que había irregularidades en su útero. Nos habían aconsejado encarecidamente que siguiéramos con un obstetra y ginecólogo muy recomendado por ellos…. así que, por supuesto, nos dirigimos a un obstetra y ginecólogo para realizar más pruebas. El médico realizó pruebas básicas de obstetricia y ginecología. Si eres una mujer, sabes en qué consiste esto y sabes lo incómodas y dolorosas que a veces pueden ser estas pruebas, pero de todos modos, una vez que terminó, supo exactamente lo que vio. El 28 de mayo de 2022, concluyó que ella tiene cáncer de cuello uterino. Sin embargo, no pudo decirnos exactamente el nombre de su cáncer ni qué tan avanzado estaba. Nos refirió a otro médico que es especialista en cáncer el 15 de junio de 2022 y pudo explicarnos más de lo que estaba pasando. Le diagnosticaron un cáncer de cuello uterino extremadamente raro llamado carcinoma de células vítreas... De hecho, es tan raro que ella fue la primera en entrar a esa oficina con él... tan raro que solo hay 15 casos en el estado. Ella siendo #16.. en este momento se pueden imaginar cuánto se estaban volviendo locos porque como es tan raro que no saben cómo tratarlo ... Fue ingresada nuevamente en el hospital donde le dieron 2 transfusiones de sangre más y pasó 13 días allí... finalmente está en casa, pero actualmente va a someterse a quimioterapia y radiación... no puede trabajar, no recibe ninguna ayuda financiera de ningún lado, así que básicamente estoy tratando de recaudar este dinero para ella o las facturas médicas porque señor sabe que tenemos facturas médicas que podríamos trabajar toda la vida y aún así nunca pagar... Este dinero sería honestamente para todo lo que ella necesitaría. Actualmente estoy tratando de conseguirle a su mamá una visa temporal para que pueda venir de República Dominicana para estar con su hija en este momento tan difícil. Cualquier cosa ayuda, cada dólar cuenta. Si encuentra en su corazón donar sin Dios, de verdad... que Dios lo multiplique... gracias por leer.
