Help save Nala

Hello Everyone,
For those of you aware, I adopted a Pitbull by the name of Nala. She is a beautiful kind, gentle animal who my son grew to love. Nala is still a puppy. During her time outside to pee, she managed to chew a foreign object which lead to be trapped in her intestines for days. We thought she had Parvo, so we gave her gatorade and tried feeding her. Fortunelty enough, I reached out to Natasha & her partner Jessie and they agreed to help bring Nala to the vet to get a check up - Dr.Lepine did an evaluation by X-ray and found out that Nala would need a complicated surgery. Her intestines where basically ripping every time she tried to eat, due to a long cord that caused her intensities to become blue and dead. They removed 3 feet of the small intestine but there is still a high risk of infection and possibly life threatening. During this time it is both difficult for Natasha and I to come up with the vet bill, in which Dr Lepine said could range between 1500-2000$ - Natasha Root has agreed to pay half of Nalas bills in hopes we can save Nala girl.
