Thai Chili Food Truck Repairs - Critical

We all have strokes of bad luck, strings of unfortunate events that seem to come in clusters at the worst possible times. This phenomenon has not been lost on Supicha (Supi) and Phil Hillebrand, two extremely wonderful and generous people. The most recent of these unfortunate events, the straw that broke the camel's back so to speak, occurred on August 19, 2022 when their beloved food truck broke down on the way to an important event. Unable to currently afford the costly repairs the food truck sits, unusable, just when their business needs it the most. With the loss of their restaurant (Bottega Cucina) as a result of the 2021 lockdown their food truck was a lifeline. It was all that remained of the business they worked so hard to build and their livelihood relied upon it.

My name is Erin Sewell, owner of Dusty Goat Farm Living Foods and I am among the many who have been graced with the kindness of Supi and Phil Hillebrand. I decided to start this campaign because these two generous and wonderful people would help any one of us if we needed it. From donating over 2,000 meals to front line workers at local hospitals, local police and fire departments during the worst of the pandemic to filling the bellies of the less fortunate at local homeless shelters and providing treats to the local Boys and Girls club, the Hillebrands are the kind of people who deserve to succeed.

This campaign’s main objective is to fund repairs on their food truck. With plans to vend at the 2022 Big E (and hopes to offer employment) their food truck is essential. Those Thai fries alone are reason enough to help get them back up and running!
