Kidney Transplant for Brianna

Hello my name is Sara and I've been friends with Brianna for about 4 years now, Brianna has been suffering from polycyclic kidney disease her entire life , recently it has unfortunately gotten worse. In result of this she has to get a kidney transplant as soon as possible. This transplant can be very costly, and we are trying to help raise money in order to make this surgery possible for her!
