Hello, my name is Evelina Arnaut.

I have three wonderful cats, and one of them is Loki.

Unfortunately, during the night of October 29, something terrible happened. Loki was playing with our two younger cats and must have miscalculated his weight — he’s a big, heavy cat. He fell from our stackable washer and dryer and severely injured his left leg, which is now immobile.

The vets said he needs urgent surgery costing between $6,000 and $10,000, otherwise his leg will have to be amputated. We want to save his leg and give him a chance to run, jump, and enjoy life again.

Right now, he’s in an enclosure, in pain, constantly trying to get out so he can play with his siblings and do the things he loves — eating, watching out the window, and being near us.

We were approved for a $4,000 credit, but sadly it’s not enough.

The surgery is scheduled for Friday at 9 a.m., and we’re running out of time.

Please, help us save Loki. Any amount means the world to us and gives him a real chance at life.
