Remembering Paddy- a funeral relief fund
Donation protected
My beautiful cousin Patrick Inglis-Jones was a remarkable, gentle soul who chose to leave this world early yesterday morning. Having only just turned 18 and ready to explore to wonders of adult hood, Patrick had his whole life ahead of him.
Anyone who knew Paddy would agree his heart overflowed with kindness, and his presence brought warmth to every life he touched, including mine. Truly, I would do anything to have him by our side again, even if it was for one last chat. Paddy was extremely kind and funny, being the first person to crack a joke or pull a funny face, but now we are left with only our memories as well as photos and videos to remember his beautiful personality.
Although grief now fills our hearts, we can celebrate the beauty he brought into the world and the special place he will always hold in our souls. Although Paddy had struggled with his mental health for a while, he always tried to smile, regardless of the pain he was in. This has come as an awful and unexpected tragedy and for now, all we can do is smile hoping he is finally at peace.
Youth suicide is becoming too common amongst our community so please check up on your loved ones and family. If you know someone who may be struggling or thinking of suicide, please go hold them, let them know you hear them, and that they aren’t alone. Please go spend time with your family and friends, and if you love someone let them know. Please try your hardest to be kind to one another as life is short and we never know what someone is truly going through. This has come a shock to many people so please give his family time and space to grieve.
Please if you could donate anything to help cover funeral costs and to help his family during this difficult time, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you ❤️
