Please Help Save My Cat's Life!

Hi, my name is Hannah, and I'm making this in an effort to save my cat's life.

His name is Kylo Ren, and I've had him since I was 18 years old (I am now 22). He's my best friend and companion, and I love him so much. He is the sweetest boy who will just curl up right beside you. He loves to bask in the sun, and his favorite way to play is by chasing dangling toys or strings!

However, he contracted a UTI that wasn't going away. The prescribed medications were doing him no good. Thursday, April 14, Kylo was found in our backyard with his face planted in the ground. He wasn't moving, and his breathing was labored. He was rushed to the vet clinic, and it turned out he had a vast urinary blockage that was causing him to have mineral deposits. He was in the clinic overnight from Thursday to Monday evening with a catheter. His bladder was the size of a softball, and if he had not been treated, he would've died in our yard...

Kylo had seemed to be doing better since coming home, though he is now reverting back to the state he was previously in. We are so scared he isn't going to make it. The vet had mentioned to us that if the catheter did not keep him from getting blocked again, he would have to have a procedure known as Perineal Urethrostomy. To prevent further urinary obstructions, the narrow part of the urethra is removed, allowing easier urination and a lower risk of reobstruction.

We want to save my baby, but we unfortantely do not have the money for this procedure. His catheter and overnight stays cost us $500+. We would do anything to save him, but we can't afford it.

I am asking you to please consider helping us, even a single dollar would be much appreciated. We love Kylo so much, and we aren't ready to say goodbye to him just yet.
