TG'S Clubhouse

TG's Clubhouse is a community-based program for middle schoolers to build their own community and have artistic fun all at once. The Clubhouse mission is to provide a safe space for the youth to explore their creativity through different forms of art such as visual, digital and performing arts. We plan to connect with other youth-serving organizations and the local arts community for support and collaboration. In our first years, we will start with middle school aged children first because their age group is facing difficult transitions especially in these trying times with fewer outlets and supports than elementary and high school age youth. Issues they are facing are climate change, substance use and experimentation challenges, the pandemic and street violence. Creativity takes courage and art can be a gateway to personal growth. Our future leaders can develop life skills through their avenues of expression. Are you inspired to be an activator for this positive youth engagement program?
