On April 5th, 2025, a three alarm fire spread from the end unit of the condominium complex where Tina (and her dog Raya) live. To stop it from spreading further, firefighters had to cut two holes in the roof over Tina’s condo. Although her unit was not burned, everything inside was badly damaged by smoke and heat, and was completely waterlogged. Firefighters had to tear downs her walls and ceilings to combat the fire and stop it from spreading. The interior of her condo was a total loss - and the entire condo will likely need to be torn down to the studs. Many things, including her bed, personal belongings, mementos, as well as most of her furniture, were completely destroyed.

She has been displaced, with no clear indication of when she will be able to return. Even then, it will take a long time to rebuild. Some things, unfortunately, simply cannot be replaced. Although insurance will help cover some of the cost, it will not cover everything.

The aim of this GoFundMe is to help her get back on her feet and to help pay for all the things that insurance simply can’t cover. Any amount you can spare will be so appreciated, or even sharing and reposting this GoFundMe amongst friends and family will be helpful.

Tina has touched the hearts and lives of so many people; she is loved more than she knows.
