Help Jasmine Wells battle PAH

My daughter, Jasmine Faye Wells, is suffering from Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH), a hereditary incurable disease. Arteries in the lungs have developed thick walls, making the passage of blood extremely difficult, thus making the right side of the heart overwork and become enlarged. Results are high blood pressure, shortness of breath and fatigue, requiring intravenous infusion 24/7 by a pump attached to her body by a tube into her lung artery. She may require a heart/lung transplant in the future. She is struggling to pay bills in order to live a normal life. Any help that you may offer her at this time in her young life would be deeply appreciated.
