Hi! My name is Noah! I am a transgender guy who has been out for nearly a decade, but only started medically transitioning a little over a year ago. Transitioning has allowed me to feel at home with myself and made me happier than ever. However, I still endure gender dysphoria that can be helped by your donation to my top surgery fund!

My chest is primarily the most dysphoric aspect of my body. Since starting testosterone, a lot of my gender dysphoria has been alleviated, but my chest has been the remaining piece of the puzzle. During colder months of the year, it’s very easy for me to conceal my chest under layers of clothing. As the weather gets warmer, I heavily rely on binding my chest in order to have my body present the closest to my identity and to not put my safety at risk. Working with the public and outdoors has made it even more important for me to present masculine, while also trying to maintain safe binding habits despite the environment I work in.

Binding my chest over several years has become strenuous on my mental and physical health; therefore, getting top surgery would help eliminate the ongoing dysphoria and allow me to feel at peace with my body and in my community.

All funds donated will go to paying for my (long awaited) top surgery, which I am getting through the Cosmetic Concierge on April 10th, 2025. The surgery and medical services will total $8500 overall, which is a significant amount of money to improve my self-confidence as well as for my pocketbook to afford. Since the surgery is quite soon, I’m mainly looking for any assistance possible for this major life changing procedure. Any donations made following the procedure date will go towards reimbursing the total surgery costs, along with any additional medical expenses that may occur.
